Had a chance to finally try out maki-zushi in Tustin.
Its located at Walnut & Edinger.  Its located on my way to
Freshia Market, but since I usually eat at the market, never
had chance to try it out.  Again, I forgot to bring my digital
camera..so quality of pictures are bad...sigh..
So had to use my cell phone camera.

Although miso was little salty, taste was pretty good.
Sushi price were pretty much same or cheaper than most
Japanese restaurants in OC.  I did take some pictures of House Special Roll, but picture came out all out of focus (stupid cellphone camera..).  They had many different kinds of fish,
even some I have not heard of.  Such as, Alfonsino(KINMI DAI) or Needle Fish(Sayori). I hope to try them, next time.
I also ordered squid, but they were out. The sushi chef offered
(Razor Clams/MATEGAI), picture above next to miso soup.
This was also new to me as I have only tried Large Clam(MIRUGAI) or Surf Clam. It tasted okay, but I still like Mirugai
better. ^^.

Sushi tasted much better than many over priced
Sushi places. I have been to places where two pieces of
Tuna sushi was like $8~!  Here around $2.75 but with more Yum Yum.  Some places don't even make sushi rice for sushi or put
large amount of rice under tiny slice of fish. Here everything
seemed just right.  ^^!

If you have been disappointed in quality or
freshness of fish before you may want to try Maki-zushi.
Check out their website for more pics and menu.
